I'm Shayna Duminie, a Chicago-area real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in strategic sales, client partnerships, negotiation, and relationship management.
Born and raised in Schaumburg, Illinois, I've always had a connection to real estate and the communities that make the Chicago area unique.
My passion for real estate started early through my father's house-flipping business. I grew up seeing firsthand what goes into transforming a property—from design and renovation to evaluating its potential and understanding what creates lasting value. That early exposure eventually became the foundation for my own career in real estate.
Before entering the industry, I spent more than a decade working in strategic sales and client partnerships, including partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. That experience taught me how to navigate complex negotiations, understand what clients truly need, manage high-value relationships, and deliver results in fast-moving environments.
Today, I bring those same skills to real estate.
